Banyan Street Capital is currently seeking a Property Administrator for a Class A office portfolio in our Buckhead office. Experience is preferred, 1 – 2 years. Responsibilities include: exceptional customer service with tenant and vendor interaction, service request/work order management, processing invoices, obtaining and monitoring certificates of insurance, service contract preparation, tenant billings, filing, assisting with special projects, and general office duties.The ideal candidate is a motivated team player and has excellent verbal and written skills. Strong organizational skills are necessary to coordinate a wide variety of activities aimed at ensuring smooth operations.
