Responsible for staff management, budgeting, forecasting and analysis; management/supervision of a dept's program; coordinate and implement procedures and travel preparation for dept; oversight of facilities and allied tasks as assigned by dept head; other duties may include, but are not limited to teaching; establishing & maintaining policies & procedures.
This position will be responsible for the managing and maintaining mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Supervises skilled trades in a campus setting; responsible for the management of the time and material on projects, working with vendors, obtaining quotes and managing budgets. Responsible for the proper operation of all systems and equipment, supervises and directs required repairs, renovations, and preventative maintenance.

Bachelor's degree and 6 years related experience OR High School diploma and 10 years experience.
An active certification in one one of the MEP trades is preferred.
