1.The Assistant Property Manager will assist the Vice President of Real Estate & Development on the day-to-day residential and commercial Real Estate operations for all CF Foundation & Cousins Family Properties. Duties and Responsibilities:
2.Negotiate, administer and evaluate service contracts for all CF Foundation & Cousins Family Properties, which includes but not limited to the following areas: monitoring vendor performance and billing to ensure compliance with contracts and operating budgets, landscape and building maintenance. 3.Assist VP of Real Estate & Development with preparation, monitoring, and control of annual operating and capital budgets. 4.Construction contact for CF Foundation & Cousins Family Properties and special projects at East Lake Golf Club (upgrading halfway hut, agronomy building repairs or club house building projects and repairs) in design plan review, administration of contracts, quality control, and project delivery. 5.Property Management of CF Foundation & Cousins Family Properties, includes being the point of contact for vendors and contractors. Regular property management supervision at Cousins Family properties. 6.Consult with Purpose Built Schools & Drew Charter Schools on various construction and facility issues. 7.Develop property inspection checklist & perform regular property inspections for CF Foundation & Cousins Family Properties. 8.Interface with Clients/Family with regard to special request, operational issues or any other customer service needs and assist in the coordination of special projects 9.Promote and maintain a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with all company, local, state and federal safety rules. 10.Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1.Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management required. 2.Five plus years Real estate, property management, with customer service experience required. 3.Must be willing and able to travel to various property sites. 4.Must speak and write English fluently. 5.Must be detail oriented with ability to manage time efficiently. 6.Exhibits solid communication skills, with an ability to calmly resolve disputes or complaints. 7.Works well independently or in a team environment. 8.Interacts and engages in a friendly manner with potential and current clients. 9.Highly skilled in use of the computer, email and Internet. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Access. 10.Ability and willingness to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet the needs of others. Ability to work extended hours from time to time, if necessary. 11.Demonstrate sound business ethics; consistently comply with organizational values; protect confidential information. .
